1. Data collection and data use
micro-concerto collects personal data exclusively in accordance with the applicable provisions of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).
You may visit micro-concerto.com without revealing any personal information.
Your personal data will only be collected with your consent, i.e. if you voluntarily submit the information by creating a customer account or ordering a product.
Your personal data will be used for the sole purpose of contract conclusion and contract performance (confirmation emails, invoicing, handling of payments and making the purchased products available for download).
We will not use your personal data for marketing purposes.
2. Disclosure of data
For the handling of payments, micro-concerto will transmit your payment details to the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, Luxemburg.
Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third parties.
3. Storage and deletion of data
By registering as a customer at micro-concerto, you agree that your name, address and email-address will be stored permanently.
However, you are entitled to obtain information on, or to correct, block or delete your data stored at micro-concerto at any time free of charge. As a registered customer you can delete your entire customer account and all your personal data or you can send us an e-mail at email@example.com and request deletion of your data.
micro-concerto is obliged to keep invoices bearing the customers’ names and addresses during the statutory retention period of up to 10 years.
micro-concerto uses a session cookie to temporary store the pages you visit and the products you are looking at on
micro-concerto.com. This cookie also allows you to log in to the website and view your shopping basket. Upon termination of your session, the cookie will be automatically deleted from your computer.
micro-concerto does not create user profiles. No usage data will be stored permanently.
