1. Data collection and data use
You may visit micro-concerto.com without revealing any personal information.
Your personal data will be used for the sole purpose of contract conclusion and contract performance (confirmation emails, invoicing, handling of payments and making the purchased products available for download).
Your personal data will only be collected with your consent, i.e. if you voluntarily submit the information by creating a customer account or ordering a product.

2. Disclosure of data
For the handling of payments, micro-concerto will transmit your payment details to the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, Luxemburg.
We only pass on your personal data to third parties (PayPal) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sent. 1 lit. a DSGVO and and if you have given express consent to this.
In principle, you can only purchase products from us if you have already been registered at PayPal before the payment transaction.
Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third parties. We will not use your personal data for marketing purposes.
3. Storage and deletion of data
By registering as a customer at micro-concerto, you agree that your name, address and email-address will be stored permanently.
Your rights in detail:
According to Art. 15 DSGVO you have a right for free information about your personal data.
According to Art. 16 DSGVO, you can immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us.
According to Art. 17 DSGVO, you may request the deletion of your personal data stored by us.
According to Art. 18 DSGVO you can demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, as far as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject their deletion and we no longer need the data, but you assert this, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO.
According to Art. 20 DSGVO, you may receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or request that you send it to another person in charge.
According to Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO, you can revoke your once given consent at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future.
According to Art. 77 DSGVO you can complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace. You can also contact our company, via our email address email@example.com, by mail or by phone.
micro-concerto is obliged to keep invoices bearing the customers’ names and addresses during the statutory retention period of up to 10 years.

If your personal data based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO are processed, you have the right to file an objection against the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct mail. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which is implemented by us without specifying any particular situation.
micro-concerto uses a session cookie to temporary store the pages you visit and the products you are looking at on
micro-concerto.com. This cookie also allows you to log in to the website and view your shopping basket.
micro-concerto does not create user profiles. No usage data will be stored permanently.
